Gate Enforcement: Verified on Hedera Testnet
Testnet · pre-auditGates are enforced in software, not only stated. GCN's orchestration layer (pre-audit) runs each tokenization step in order and stops at the first one that does not pass. Every step is written to a public Hedera Consensus Service audit trail. Both test runs below passed custody and compliance checks, then stopped at the mint step because the $GOLD gate has not cleared. Inputs were fictional test shipment data. No token was created or minted.

Tanker Titles: Testnet Demo
Fictional demo fleetOne title per cargo-tank trailer, recording its DOT/MC specification and its federal periodic inspection record (49 CFR 180.407). A title can change hands only when both parties pass KYC and every required inspection is current; the contract checks both on every transfer. The demo fleet illustrates Jet-A1 logistics for the gated $JETA instrument. A title is a record of a trailer, not an investment, and is not part of the Token Register.

Questions and answers
What is Global Concessions Network Exchange?
Global Concessions Network Exchange (GCN Exchange) is proposed settlement and tokenization infrastructure for African mineral, energy and commodity assets. Ownership is to be recorded on Hedera with a reference-price check on every trade, and no instrument is issued until an independent third party confirms the underlying asset in writing. The platform is pre-audit and runs on Hedera Testnet only.
Has GCN Exchange issued any tokens?
No. The Token Register lists five proposed instruments ($JETA, $GOLD, $BROWN, $NET8 and $OIL). None has been issued, priced for sale or made available to any investor. Tickers are working names.
How does GCN verify an asset before a token is issued?
Each proposed instrument has a published gate: specific written evidence from an independent party that must be received before issuance. Examples include SPE-PRMS certification by an Independent Petroleum Engineer for $JETA, a written legal classification opinion for $GOLD, and a Qualified Person technical-report confirmation for $BROWN. Gate status is published on the Token Register and updated when evidence is received.
Is GCN Exchange licensed?
Not yet. DMCC/VARA licensing is in progress and has not been granted. Issuance of any instrument is also subject to an independent security audit of the settlement contracts.
Which blockchain does GCN Exchange use?
Hedera is the primary network, currently on testnet only. The settlement contract codes the Chainlink price-feed interface; the feeds are not yet integrated. Ethereum, Solana and Base are roadmap items; Chainlink CCIP and mBridge are future buildout and are not active.
What is in the GCN asset pipeline?
Three advisor-sourced opportunities are under evaluation: an upstream oil and gas asset in West Africa, a financial institution recapitalization in West Africa, and a copper concession in East Africa. They are not confirmed platform assets, positions or closed transactions. Counterparties and opportunity sizes are disclosed only to qualified parties under NDA.
